• 1:26 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, David Wedman, 44, Ottawa, for two Franklin County warrants for probation violation.

• 3 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Conrad Sweetwater, 38, Wichita, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 1:151 p.m. Thursday, 220 Ohio Terrace, Richmond, Micheal Passen, 35, homeless, for a Franklin County failure to appear warrant.

Thefts

• 6:14 p.m. Wednesday, 210 E. Franklin Street, Pomona, a 19-year-old Melven female reported an unknown subject drove off without paying for $30.01 in fuel.

Accidents

• 6:16 a.m. Wednesday, 1900 block of California Road, Eric Guenther, 59, Ottawa, struck a deer with his 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix.

• 9:21 a.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of Old 50 Highway, Elizabeth Sluder, 72, Williamsburg, struck a deer that entered the roadway with her 2008 Buick Lucerne.

• 1:47 p.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of Stafford Road, Shanda Lamm, 33, Ottawa, was traveling eastbound in a 2006 Pontiac Torrent when she left the roadway and struck a tree. She was transported to Ransom Memorial Hospital for her injuries.

• 5:57 p.m. Wednesday, 1700 block of John Brown Road, Micaleb Weatherbee, 20, Ottawa, was driving a 1990 Chevrolet pickup and John Weber, 57, Williamsburg, was driving a 1970 Ford Mustang and vehicles collided resulting in injuries.

• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, 1900 block of Sand Creek Road, Megan Bastenmeyer, 27, Lawrence, was traveling westbound in a 2016 Honda CRV when she struck a deer that entered the roadway.

• 5:05 p.m. Thursday, 4400 I-35 Hwy, Wellsville, Joseph Rogers, 37, Wellsville, was attempting to turn north onto K-33 Hwy. in a 2006 Ford Explorer when he was struck by a 2017 GMC Sierra driven by Geoffrey Kopp, 49, Wellsville.

• 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of W. Fifth St., Ottawa, Tommy Barber Jr., 24, Ottawa, for possession of drug paraphernalia after being contacted by officers.

• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, 800 block of S. Oak St., Ottawa, David Wedman, 44, Ottawa, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of depressant and possession of paraphernalia.

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday, 300 block of S. Main, Ottawa, Virginia King, 33, Ottawa, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 2:50 p.m. Thursday, 500 E. Wilson St., Ottawa, John Whittaker, 38, Ottawa, on a City of Ottawa warrant.

Thefts

• Wednesday, 200 block of S. Main Street, Ottawa, a 62-year-old Ottawa female reported theft of items.

Accidents

• 11:03 a.m. Wednesday, 600 block of S. Willow St., Ottawa, Carlene Jeffcoat, 59, Freeman, Missouri, was driving a 2016 Kia passenger car and struck a 2017 Hyuandi SUV driven by Sara Beck, 38, Kansas City, Missouri. Beck was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

• 6:24 p.m. Wednesday, 2300 block of S. Princeton, Kerri Jung, 38, Ottawa, was driving a 2014 Nissan SUV that struck a 2011 Chevrolet truck driven by Lex Gisler, 77, Ottawa. Gisler then struck the rear of a 2006 Hyundai passenger car driven by Sydney Meyer, 21, Ottawa. Jung was cited for following too close.

Incidents

• 5:06 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of W. Ninth St., Ottawa, a 14-year-old Ottawa male was reported as a runaway from home. The juvenile was later located.
