• 12:38 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of Taylor St., Pomona, Michael Johns 39, Pomona, for burglary reference a past case.


• 8:09 a.m. Wednesday, 200 block of W. Fourth St., Pomona, a 45-year-old Pomona female reported an unknown suspect entered her garage and stole several items.

• 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, 1700 block of Georgia Road, Williamsburg, a 33-year-old Pleasant Hill, Missouri, female reported a female stole items belonging to her father after he passed away.

• 5:08 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of Nebraska Road, a 63-year-old Richmond male reported a revolver stolen from a gun safe.


• 5:01 a.m. Wednesday, 1800 block of I-35, Nicole Randall, 36, Freetwon, Indiana, was northbound when a 2014 Hyundai caught fire.

• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday, 3700 block of I-35, Sarah Katzer, 40, Ottawa, was northbound in a 2007 Mercedes M Class when she struck a deer.

• 9:05 p.m. Wednesday, 1900 block of US 59, Ottawa, Tina Harkins, 35, Richmond, was southbound in a 2001 Toyota 4Runner when she struck a deer.


3:40 p.m. Thursday, 4700 block of Delaware Road, Pomona, a 52-year-old Pomona male reported he was battered by a 29-year-old Pomona male during an argument. The suspect has not yet been located.

Cedar Avenue, Cody Nettleton, 19, Melvern, for possesion of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, mo proof of liability insurance, and an Osage County warrant after being contacted on a traffic stop. Brytani Lyda, 24, Lebo, for possession of drug paraphernalia, an Osage County warrant and a Scranton warrant.

• 4:35 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of W. Sixth St., Ottawa, Anthony Benjamin, 33 , Colony, for two Allen County warrants and a Anderson County warrant.

• 2:35 p.m. Thursday, 700 block of S. Cherry St., Ottawa, Kayla Underwood, 29, Ottawa, for driving in violation of restrictions and no insurance after being contacted on a traffic stop.


• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, 2000 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, a 29-year-old Ottawa female reported an unknown individual stole items.

• 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, 2200 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, a 52-year-old Ottawa female reported individuals broke into and stole items belonging to a business. Lana Kauffman, 40, Ottawa, and Clinton Werner, 38, homeless male, were arrested.

• 4:35 a.m. Thursday, 900 block of W. 6th St., Ottawa, a 41-year-old Greeley male reported the theft of a license plate off of a vehicle.

• 11:42 a.m. Thursday, 2100 block of S. Princeton St, Ottawa, a business employee reported unknown individuals stole items. Thomas O’Malley, 30, Paola, was later identified, contacted and arrested.


• 11:28 a.m. Thursday, 700 block of S. Tremont, a 14-year old Ottawa juvenile was released on a notice to appear after damaging property.

• 4:04 p.m. Thursday, 1100 block of S. Ash St., Ottawa, a 16-year-old Ottawa juvenile was reported as a runaway by KVC.
