• 10:47 a.m. Friday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Cody Thompson, 26, Williamsburg, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 9:52 a.m. Saturday, 4000 block of I-35, Wellsville, Oscar Garcia-Zelaya, 41, Kansas City, Kansas, was reported as a reckless driver. He was located and stopped for investigation. He was found to have no driver’s license.

• 1:30 p.m. Sunday, 300 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Shelby Rima, 27, Ottawa, for battery after an altercation with a 27-year-old Ottawa female. Both subjects were being housed at the Franklin County Adult Detention Center at the time of the fight.

• 1:57 a.m. Sunday, 300 block of S. Main St., Tracy Bruce, 46, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 6:05 p.m. Sunday, 3900 I-35, Emanuel Miller Jr, 20, Garnett, for driving while suspended after being stopped for a traffic infraction.

Accidents

• 7:05 a.m. Friday, 2600 block of Osborne Lane, Ottawa, Danielle Fulmer, 33, Ottawa, lost control of a 2017 Kia Forte and went off the roadway.

• 11:22 a.m. Saturday, 22000 block of I-35, milemarker 200, Wellsville, Debra Gillespie, 60, Wichita, was northbound in a 1997 Chrysler Town and Country when the driver’s side rear wheel came off and struck a 2016 Ford Escape being driven by Bradley Skiles, 33, Ottawa.

Thefts

• 6:12 p.m. Saturday, 1500 block of Jackson Road, Ottawa, a 63-year-old Ottawa female reported a set of metal car ramps were taken from her residence.

• 8:48 a.m. Sunday, 2100 block of Oregon Road, a 56-year-old Green Bay, Wisconsin, male reported someone broke into a 2015 Forest River RV and stole multiple items.
