• 4:26 a.m. Saturday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Brandon Tiede, 22, Ottawa, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 11:52 a.m. Sunday, 305 S. Main Street, Ottawa, Kirk Soman, 35, Kansas City, on two Franklin County warrants for probation violation.

Accidents

• 9:29 a.m. Saturday, 2300 block of Stafford Road, Cody Snook, 37, Ottawa, was westbound in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu when he struck a deer.

• 7:52 p.m. Saturday, 1500 block of S. Willow St., Ottawa, Kristine Wallace, 53, Ottawa, reportedly struck a deer on Tuesday, Nov. 20, while driving a van in the area of Rock Creek Road and Kentucky.

• No time, Sunday, a 16-year-old Drexel, Missouri, male, was northbound in a 2011 Ram 2500, pulling a trailer, when he fell asleep and left the roadway causing his trailer to strike a guardrail. The trailer rolled and became disconnected from the truck. The trailer was carrying two horses that were injured but survived. There were no other injures.

Incidents

• 10:58 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of W. Fifth St., Pomona, an unknown suspect in a silver pickup was observed driving aggressively and fled the area when a traffic stop was attempted. The vehicle and driver were not located.

Theft

• 5:56 a.m. Sunday, 400 block of N. Robey Ave, Williamsburg, a 54-year-old Williamsburg male reported a Smith and Wesson M&P was stolen from a residence sometime in late July or early August.

• 1:40 a.m. Friday, 400 block of E. Fourth St., Ottawa, Austin Green, 25, Pomona, for interference with law enforcement after being contacted on a traffic stop.

• 9:30 a.m. Saturday, 305 S. Main St., Joshua Bond, 39, Ottawa, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 2:31 p.m. Saturday, 100 block of W. Tecumseh St., Ottawa, Ashley Wells, 27, Ottawa, on an active Johnson County warrant.

Thefts

• 10:08 p.m. Monday, 700 block of N. Spruce St., Ottawa, a 57-year-old Ottawa female reported unknown suspects entered her occupied residence and stole items.

• 9:41 a.m. Friday, 300 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, a 39-year-old Ottawa female reported an unknown subject stole and item from a business.

• 4:32 p.m. Friday, a 19-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject stole items off a vehicle.

Incidents

• 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, 400 block of S. Poplar St., Ottawa, a 46-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject damaged his vehicle.

• 8:13 a.m. Wednesday, 800 block of E. Seventh St., Ottawa, after finding abandoned animals, Abigale Richardson was cited for cruelty to animals.

• 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 41-year-old Ottawa male reported a new sidewalk owned by the City of Ottawa had been damaged. The case is under investigation.

• 8:59 a.m. Wednesday, 700 block of S. Lincoln St., Ottawa, four children were taken into police protective custody after they were found without adequate parental care. The case is under investigation.

• 12:32 p.m. Friday, 500 block of N. King St., Ottawa, a 53-year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown subject damaged a vehicle in a tow lot.

• 1:45 p.m. Friday, 1500 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 16-year-old Ottawa juvenile was cited and released after being found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after being contacted on a traffic stop.

• 7:04 p.m. Saturday, 1100 block of N. Sycamore St., a 40-year-old Ottawa female reported a 17-year old Ottawa juvenile as a runaway. The juvenile later returned home.

• 8:48 p.m. Saturday, 300 block of S. Main St., a 48-year-old Osawatomie male reported a violation of a court order by a known suspect.

Accidents

8:09 a.m. Sunday, 2300 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, Michael Allen, 61, Ottawa, was driving a 1994 GMC pickup and struck a 2000 Chevrolet pickup driven by Michael Nurnberg, 46, Pomona. Allen was cited for disobeying a traffic signal.

• 11:25 a.m. Sunday, 900 block of S. Cedar St., Ottawa, Jerry McWilliams, 22, Ottawa, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet passenger car and struck a 2015 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle driven by Ruby Burroughs, 79, Ottawa. McWilliams was cited for failure to yield, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance.

• 2:08 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of E. 11th St., Ottawa, Ryan Sink, 48, Ottawa, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet truck and was struck by a 1997 Toyota passenger car driven by an unknown subject who left the scene upon arrival. Case is under investigation.

• 3:21 p.m. Sunday, 2500 block of S. Eisenhower Road, a 16 year-old Ottawa juvenile was driving a 2004 Ford pickup and lost control and left the roadway where the vehicle rested on its side.

• 4:28 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of W. 17th St., Ottawa, Phillip Wharton, 48. Ottawa, reported his 2014 Dodge passenger car was struck by an unknown vehicle and then left the scene.
