• 2:36 p.m. Tuesday, 700 block of E. Garfield St., Ottawa, Steven McConnell, 24, Ottawa, on a Franklin County probable cause warrant for aggravated assault and criminal threat.

• 10:22 p.m. Tuesday, 3800 block of Haskell Road, Princeton, a 16-year-old Ottawa male was arrested as a runaway juvenile after it was reported he ran away from a foster home.

• 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Adam Myers, 23, Wellsville, on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Andrew Beougher, 32, Grain Valley, Missouri, on a Franklin County warrant for no driver’s license and no insurance.

• 11:34 a.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Trevel Snoddy, 22, Kansas City, Missouri, on a Franklin County probation violation warrant.

• 1:50 p.m. Thursday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Tanya Camp, 59, Ottawa, on a Franklin County failure to appear warrant.

• 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, 900 block of John Brown Road, Williamsburg, a 70-year-old Williamsburg female reported a burglary and criminal damage to property.

• 7:55 a.m. Thursday, 4800 block of Ellis Terrace, Lane, a 38-year-old Eudora male reported theft and criminal damage to construction equipment.

Accidents

• 5:14 a.m. Wednesday, 3200 block of I-35, Ottawa, Jason Knust, 49, Olathe, was southbound in a 2015 Dodge Challenger when he failed to yield to a slower vehicle in front of him. This caused Kaust to hit a 2005 Buick Lacrosse driven by Bonnie Winkowitsch, 69, Dumont, Iowa.

• 8:23 a.m. Wednesday, 3700 block of Rock Creek Road, Ottawa, Kevin Spencer, 60, Ottawa, was driving a 2007 International semi-truck when he drove off the north side of the road and struck a power pole owned by KCP&L.

• 9:29 p.m. Thursday, 2400 block of Vermont Road, Rantoul, Lawrence White, 78, Osawatomie, was southbound in a 2009 Buick Lucerne when he struck a deer.

• 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Brenden Clary, 21, Pomona, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

• 2:24 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of W. Second St., Ottawa, Karly Robinson, 32, Ottawa, for domestic battery.

• 3:16 p.m. Thursday, 600 block of N. Main St., Ottawa, Jerry Spurlock, 52, Ottawa, for battery and an active state of Missouri warrant.

• 4:37 p.m. Thursday, 1300 block of S. Olive St., Ottawa, Kaylie Lavender, 27, Ottawa, for domestic battery.

• 6:23 p.m. Thursday, 600 block of N. Poplar St., Ottawa, Denise Lickteig, 41, Ottawa, for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony interference with law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernlia and no driver’s license after being contacted on a call for service.

Thefts

• 6:51 a.m. Thursday, 600 block of S. Elm St., Ottawa, a 36-year-old Ottawa female reported the theft of a motor bike. It was later recovered.

• 10:47 a.m. Thursday, 200 block of E. 23rd St., Ottawa, a 46-year-old Ottawa male reported a theft of an item. Case is under investigation.

• 9:54 a.m. Thursday, 400 block of S. Cedar St., Ottawa, a 3-year-old Ottawa juvenile was found unattended. Case is under investigation.

• 1:03 p.m. Thursday, 400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a light pole owned by the City of Ottawa was reported to be damaged by a construction crew.

• 7:57 p.m. Thursday, 2300 block of S. Cedar St., Ottawa, a 65-year-old Ottawa female reported a vehicle was damaged.

• 10:55 p.m. Thursday, 700 block of W. Seventh St., Ottawa, a 38-year-old Ottawa female reported a 17-year old Ottawa junvenile ran away from home.
