The Ottawa University men’s soccer program added a transferfrom Laramie County Community College for the upcoming season.

Aaron Barber, defender, attended Cheyenne Central High School. Barber earned two letters in soccer at Laramie County Community College. He helped LCCC to a 2018 Region IV Championship. Barber played forward and midfield as a freshman and moved to defender his sophomore season. At Cheyenne Central High School, he earned four letters in soccer and three in football. Barber helped the Indians to a 2015 Wyoming 4A State Championship in the soccer field. He earned all-conference honors in 2016 and 2017. Barber was a Wyoming All-State selection at forward in 2017. He broke the CCHS record for single season goals in 2017 with 19. That record stood for 19 years. On the football field, Barber was an all-Conference performer at receiver and defensive back in 2016 and 2017.

Barber is the son of Jeff and Dershie Barber and plans to major in finance.
