• 9:15 a.m. Monday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Dillon D. Tomblin, 20, Garnett, on a Franklin County warrant for probable cause for bribery, battery on a law enforcement officer, interference w/law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license and expired registration.

• 3:18 p.m. Monday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Kurston Hutchcraft, 21, Garnett, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

• 6:41 p.m. Monday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Jason Johns, 31, Lane, on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear.

Accidents

• 6:40 a.m. Saturday, 1200 block of John Brown Road, Ashly Nelson, 27, Emporia, was driving a 2017 Dodge Journey westbound when she struck a deer.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday, 3700 block of Riley Road, Ottawa, a deputy with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office backed into another deputy while they were responding to a call for service. Both vehicles sustained damage.

Incident

• 4:40 a.m. Monday, 4400 block of Shawnee Road, Wellsville, a 28-year-old Ottawa female reported a physical domestic battery with a 59-year-old Wellsville male.

• 11:31 a.m. Monday, 2100 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, Stefanie Mitchell, 22, Ottawa, for theft from a business.

• 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Michelle Branam, 39, Pomona, on an active City of Ottawa warrant.

Thefts

• 6:07 p.m. Sunday, 2100 block of S. Princeton St., a 23-year-old Lawrence male reported a theft from a store. Jayzee Young, 21, Kansas City, Missouri; Talyn Jefferson, 19, Lawrence; and Elanna Goodwin, 21, Lawrence, were issued notices to appear.

• 6:35 a.m. Monday, 300 block of E. 12th St., Ottawa, a 39-year-old Ottawa female reported unknown suspects stole a 2012 Chevrolet. The vehicle was later located.

• 8:10 a.m. Monday, 600 block of S. Maple St., Ottawa, a 27-year-old Ottawa female reported a theft of a bicycle by unknown suspect.

• 8:17 a.m. Monday, 100 block of S. Hickory St., Ottawa, a 86-year-old Ottawa female reported theft of property.

• 11:18 a.m. Monday, 100 block of S. Hickory St., Ottawa, a 51-year-old Ottawa female reported theft of property.

• 8:28 a.m. Tuesday, 100 block of S. Hickory St., Ottawa, a 51-year-old Ottawa female reported theft of property.

Accidents

• 12:03 p.m. Monday, 1100 block of S. Cedar St., a 2004 Chevrolet driven by Jessica Vanover, 30, Ottawa, struck a 2016 Ford driven by Brian Johnson. a 48, Ottawa. Vanover was issued a citation for following too closely.

• 5:57 p.m. Monday, 2300 block of S. Princeton St., Ottawa, a 25-year-old Ottawa male and a 36-year-old Ottawa male were involved in an altercation. Case is under investigation.
