• 7:17 a.m. Wednesday, 305 S. Main St., Ottawa, Sally Brown, 39, Holton, on two Franklin County probation.

• 4:59 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of Riley Rd. Pomona, Dustin Markus, 41, Ottawa, on felony interference with law enforcement, and an Arkansas aggravated assault warrant.

• 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, 220 S. Beech St., Ottawa, a 14-year-old Spring Hill male for battery on a law enforcement officer while in custody at the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center.

Accidents

• 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, 3800 block of US-59, Ottawa, Jami Alvarez, 41, Topeka, was southbound in a 2011 Hyundai Equus when she hydroplaned off the roadway, causing her to enter into the ditch.

• 1 a.m. Wednesday, 2700 block of I-35, Ottawa, Jeremiah Thompson, 33, Colony was southbound in a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze when he struck a raccoon.

Incident

• 10:39 a.m. Wednesday, 210 E. Franklin St., Pomona, a 49-year-old Pomona female reported Casey’s General Store received a counterfeit $10 bill. The case is under investigation.

Theft

• 11:47 a.m. Wednesday 4800 Shawnee Rd., Wellsville, a 46-year-old Wellsville male reported two checks were stolen from his mailbox. One check was used at a business in Ottawa. The case is under investigation.

• 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, 200 S. Oak St., Ottawa, Michael Logan, 28, Ottawa, was arrested after an altercation with a 27-year-old Ottawa female.

• 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, Michael Alldritt, 56, Wichita, for driving under the influence and no ignition interlock after a call for service.

• 2:33 a.m. Thursday, 100 block of W. 15th St., Ottawa, Nicholas Brannan, 31, Ottawa, on a Johnson County warrant after being contacted by officers.

Incidents

• 6:24 p.m. Wednesday, 700 block of S. Lincoln St., Ottawa, a 59-year-old Ottawa female reported a 15-year-old juvenile as a runaway. The juvenile was later located.

• 8:47 a.m. Thursday, 1400 block of S. Main St., Ottawa, a 46-year-old Wellsville male reported someone forged his documents.

• 10:39 a.m. Thursday, 2100 block of S. Princeton Circle Drive, Ottawa, a HomeBase employee reported an unknown subject entered the store and scammed money out of the business. Case is under investigation.
