Karen Kay Zook, 76, passed away Sept. 22, 2017, at Brandon Woods Nursing Center.
She was born on July 28, 1941, in Hillsdale, Kansas, to Wayne Thomas and Elizabeth (Sullivan) White.
Karen married Marion Zook on Sept. 30, 1958, and to this union four children were born, Krysti, Kenny, Brenda and John.
Karen was educated in the Paola public school system and was a resident of Ottawa, Kansas, for more than 40 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed watching westerns and most of all, spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Marion Zook, and Daughter, Brenda Weber.
She leaves to cherish her memories her two sons, Kenny (Darla) Zook of Ottawa; John Zook of Baldwin City, Kansas; daughter, Krysti (Glen) of Topeka, Kansas; one son-in-law, John Weber of Homewood, Kansas; one brother, Roger (Sandy) White of Warsaw, Missouri; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Karen is forever in our hearts.
