Neil A. Kuhn, 77, Victoria, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at his home.

He was born Sept. 10, 1940, in Hays to Emil A. and Luella M. (Walters) Kuhn. He attended Victoria High School

He was a forklift operator and worked for 7-UP Bottlers in Hays for 10 years, then he worked at Western Bottlers in Victoria for eight years. He was a mechanic and repaired engines, and built racing engines for many years at his home.

He was a member of the Basilica of St. Fidelis and was a caregiver for his parents for many years.

Survivors include a brother, Jim Kuhn, Coldwater; two sisters, Helene Staton and Carol Kuhn, both of Hays; a sister-in-law, Gail Kuhn, Carl Junction, Mo.; and eight nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dave Kuhn; and a niece, Jennifer Bishop.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the basilica, Victoria; inurnment in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.

Family will receive friends for 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to St. Fidelis Cemetery or Masses.
