Guilt obvious, but evidence not

There is an old joke that goes like this: “I’ve never been in prison or convicted of a crime. Pretty smart crook aren’t I?”

Mrs. Chandler worked out her crime very carefully. It took some real detective work to follow it. It’s all strongly reminiscent of the O.J. Simpson trial in which the murderer was completely obvious, but “there just wasn’t enough evidence.” After all these years will someone else be found? As with Simpson, obviously not.
