Hungry to help

“Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” designer Paul DiMeo bites into a piece of chicken Thursday night at Forest Park during the judging of the Extreme Makeover BBQ Throwdown. The meal event — which featured pulled pork, chicken, potato salad, beans and cookies — was a fundraiser for members of the Allen Hill family, who are being featured on an episode of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” All proceeds from the barbecue were to go to the TV show’s home build and other family living expenses.
