The Ottawa University men’s basketball program signed Pleasant Ridge High School senior Noah Trader for the 2018-19 season.

Trader lettered in basketball, baseball, cross country, and track at Pleasant Ridge. He was selected to play in the Northeast Kansas League All-Star Game. He was a two-time all-conference selection, earning first team honors as a junior and second team as a senior.

“Noah is a high IQ guy that is a versatile player,” said Aaron Siebenthall, OU head men’s basketball coach. “He has the ability to score on the perimeter and in the paint. Noah plays hard and makes his teammates better. We are thrilled to have him in our program.”

Trader is the son of Steve and Sunny Trader and plans to major in engineering.
