New record sharing program links law enforcement to vital information

Three law enforcement agencies in Franklin County are connected now like never before.

Starting Dec. 1, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Ottawa Police Department and Wellsville Police Department went online with a New World Records Management System.
