Freedom flags

Army National Guard Sgt. First Class Ray Ott presented U.S. flags and framed certificates to the Ottawa VFW Post No. 5901 and the Ottawa VFW Post No. 5901 Ladies Auxiliary in December. The flags were flown over the headquarters of the Multi-National Corps in Iraq.
