Students, police complete 'soft' room

It’s been one year, and the construction is complete.

Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler, Detective Steve Burkhart and other representatives from the Ottawa Police Department joined youth volunteers for a dedication of a remodeled “soft” interview room for children Tuesday.
