‘Grandma Bev’ finds time in retirement for foster grandparenting, writing

WELLSVILLE — Her grandkids call her “Mom-Mom.” And her students and foster grandchildren call her “Grandma Bev.”

But at 76, Beverly Knapp isn’t about to let her seniority get in the way of community service.
