Proceedings delayed as former ORC official negotiates plea deal

By DOUG CARDER, Herald Staff Writer

A former Ottawa Recreation Commission official’s arraignment in connection with an alleged domestic dispute has been continued until Feb. 10.

Therron Dieckmann, 36, former ORC executive director, faces a felony count of criminal threat in connection with an Oct. 1, 2011, incident.
