FRANKLIN COUNTY REPUBLICAN CLUB

For more than 100 years the Kansas Day Club has played an important role in organizing a series of events to celebrate the birth and history of the state of Kansas and the Republican Party. Kansas Day is a time to pause and reflect upon the greatness of our state. About Franklin County Republicans attended Kansas GOP Kansas Day activities Jan. 29 and 30 in Topeka. About 60 activities were offered, including grassroots training sessions, a county chair recognition breakfast, the second district meeting, the state committee meeting, Red Ball and Boots reception, Kansas Federation of Republican Women events, Kansas Young Republican events and Kansas Black Republican Council events.

Attendees met and learned about many of the candidates running for office at the federal, state and local levels. We have a talented slate of candidates, and it was a great opportunity to get to meet and hear from them personally.
