Parents discuss options for cutting district’s costs

Shelly Frank says it’s a matter of personal preference.

Frank, Ottawa, told parents at Thursday night’s budget discussion that she had several children who attended Eisenhower Elementary School and another child who attended Garfield Elementary School.
