Short covering sends KC wheat higher

From the Kansas City Board of Trade

Wheat futures traded higher today, with some concerns about the technically large short positions in Chicago wheat futures triggering covering of positions, according to traders.

Outside markets are also influencing the market, traders said, with the U.S. Dollar trading lower, and crude oil and gold trading higher, traders said.
