Kidnapping trial to begin today

A jury trial for a 29-year-old Ottawa man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend last summer is set to begin today.

Leviticus Houston will face a three-day jury trial at Franklin County District Court on charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, intimidation of a witness, assault, misdemeanor battery, criminal damage to property and several other charges.
