Police: 11-year-old arrested after threatening students with a knife

By COURTNEY SERVAES, Herald Staff Writer

An 11-year-old Eugene Field Elementary School student was arrested Friday after threatening several students with a knife.

Lt. Adam Weingartner, with the Ottawa Police Department, said school officials reported the incident to the school resource officer Friday.
