VFW Charter member honored

Ottawa VFW Post 5901 charter member, James Ralston, left, was presented with a Life Member Coin from Gary Ross, post commander, during the post’s 63rd anniversary dinner. Ralston spoke during the dinner. Ottawa VFW Post 5901 was chartered Feb. 3, 1946.
