West Franklin School Board considers cost-cutting options after loss of state aid

POMONA — They had a plan, West Franklin Superintendent Dotson Bradbury said.

But it all got pushed aside Monday night when a list of proposed options to address more cuts to state funding was presented to school board and audience members.
