Syndicated cartoonist stops in Ottawa

Chuckles, groans and full-blown belly laughs could be heard Wednesday night at the Carnegie Cultural Center, as syndicated cartoonist Leigh Rubin scrolled through some of his favorite cartoons.

One piece that caught especially loud laughs was a cartoon that featured two birds sunbathing and some cats peeking at them, saying, “I feel like some Baskin' Robins.”
