If you like spaghetti, you’re in luck this weekend.
The Relay for Life Helping Hands Team will serve a spaghetti dinner from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Wellsville Community Center, Seventh and Locust streets in Wellsville.
The Rantoul Presbyterian Church will serve a spaghetti supper 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Rantoul Community Hall, 219 S. Cedar Street.
The Burlington Opry will present the “Barnyard Boys” in concert 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at The Opry, 404 Neosho Street in Burlington. Adult tickets are $10 and children, $6.

The Kansas City Home Show and Flower, Lawn & Garden Show will be March today through Sunday at the Kansas City Convention Center at Bartle Hall, 301 W. 13th St., Kansas City, Mo. Admission: $8 adults, $7 seniors and students and free for children 12 and younger.
The Olathe Marathon will start at 7 a.m. Saturday at the Gardner-Edgerton High School, Madison and Waverly streets. The course will finish in downtown Olathe at Park and Cherry Streets. As an annual service-learning project within its accounting department, Ottawa University accounting students, under the supervision of instructor Marylou DeWald, will offer free preparation of income tax forms for members of the Ottawa community.
In particular, this service is for those in the low to moderate income range and senior citizens. This tax preparation is not offered for individual returns requiring a Schedule C, D, E or F; small businesses, partnerships or corporate returns. This service will be offered 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through April 15 in the Administration Building room 105B on campus. For more information call (785) 242-5200 ext. 5451.
Looking ahead, you might want to make plans to attend the Chase County Prairie Fire Festival from April 7 to April 12. Events include talks about wildfire burns, photography displays, a quilt show, art exhibits and more. Visit www.prairiefirefestival.com for more information.
Also looking ahead, the Richmond Community Museum plans to open May 3 and also plans a grand opening event in June. The museum now has exhibit and archives space in the oldest building in town, which has been marvelously remodeled. The Wal-Mart Distribution Center and nearly 200 private citizens have provided major support.
