Library plants flowers

[if Use Hyperlink] Drake Weber and his mother, Keri Meyer, Richmond, helped plant the flower boxes April 29 at the Richmond Public Library. The past few years the library has received funds from Modern Woodman of America to help plant the flower boxes.
