EUREKA — Aaron Richard Fechter, 89, Eureka, died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at Newman Regional Health, Emporia.
The funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Koup Family Funeral Home, Eureka.
He was born Oct. 12, 1918, to Henry and Anna (Dreyer) Fechter at Hilltop, Kan. He married Henrietta Chambers June 1, 1960, in Eureka. She died March 17, 2007.
Survivors include a son, Richard Fechter, Howard; a daughter, Jayne Schaefer, Richmond; a brother, George Fechter, Emporia; sister, Goldie Beck, Quincy, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
Burial will be at the Janesville Cemetery, Hamilton.
