Four-car chain-reaction wreck

A man looks on as traffic is directed around four cars involved in a chain-reaction wreck near the intersection of 15th and Cedar streets in Ottawa. According to Tim Cronin, patrol officer with the Ottawa Police Department, traffic was backed up at the intersection due to a funeral precession. This is the second chain-reaction wreck to occur in Ottawa in the past 24 hours. The first occurred yesterday afternoon near the intersection of 15th and Main streets.
