A man looks on as traffic is directed around four cars involved in a chain-reaction wreck near the intersection of 15th and Cedar streets in Ottawa. Tim Cronin, patrol officer with the Ottawa Police Department, said traffic was backed up at the intersection because of a funeral procession. This was the second chain-reaction wreck to occur in Ottawa in the latter days of this week. The first occurred Thursday afternoon near the intersection of 15th and Main streets.
