Menus for June 16-20

Mid-America Nutrition Program

All meals served with 2 percent milk.

Monday — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, roll, orange; Tuesday —  Fish, mac & tomatoes/ LS, vet. blend, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits; Wednesday — Chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, wheat roll, cake and ice cream; Thursday —  Chicken salad, broccoli and cheese soup, pistachio pudding / DX; Friday — Soft taco with flour tortilla, cheese and lettuce; black bean salad, lime gelatin / DX.

Ottawa Summer Lunch Program

Monday — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, roll, orange; Tuesday — Fish shapes, vegetables, pineapple; Wednesday —  Chicken nuggets, green beans, fruit; Thursday —  Chicken patty on a bun, peas, fruit; Friday — Taco meat with tortilla, bean salad, fruit.
