Driving While License Suspended


400 block East Wilson, 0848 hours, Phillip Bond, a 39 year old Ottawa man, was issued a notice to appear and released for driving with a suspended license after being stopped for a traffic violation.

Motor Vehicle Accident

400 block South Main, 1550 hours, a vehicle driven by Curtis Clayton, 18 year old male from Ottawa struck the rear of a vehicle by Vicki Holt, a 42 yr old Ottawa woman. Clayton was cited for no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.

200 block West Tecumseh, 2214 hours, a vehicle driven by Andrew Stillie a 21-year-old Ottawa male struck the curb.  Stillie cited for basic speed.

Violation of PFA, Driving While License Suspended, Warrant Arrest

1800 block Ash, 1535 hours, Ernest Ingran 28 year-old male from Ottawa was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order after a 26 year-old female from Ottawa reported receiving text messages. Ingram was also arrested for driving with a suspended license and a Franklin County warrant.

Domestic Battery

400 block S Walnut, 1906 hours, a 42-year-old Ottawa female reported being battered by a known suspect who left the scene and was not located.

Responded to the address and spoke to male about a possible scam. He had been contacted by NY Turnpike Authority via mail about his owing them $33. Paperwork looked authentic, NY Turnpike authority sent a photo of a different car than what he owns. Tag numbers were the same but different states. He was advised to call them and work it out.

Responded to the area for a suspicious subject black male walking door to door trying to sell cleaning products. 10-77 Subject reported to be wearing a dark colored jogging suit carrying a spray bottle. No vehicle description.

The rp advised that there was someone in the barn. I made contact with Robin Jessup. Lawrence Police Dept had a check welfare on him, because he had been missing. I gave him a ride to the Sheriff Office and his mother came down and picked him up. He was disoriented because he had been off of his medication. EOR
