• Consider the approval of the minutes of the Franklin County Commission meeting of June 24, 2009 and June 29, 2009.
• Consider the approval of claim vouchers and tax change orders.
• Consider approving payroll for the period of May 21, 2009 through June 20, 2009.
• ITEMS OF BUSINESS:  Items of business includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming before the Governing Body.
• Approve Calendar Year 2010 Holidays for Franklin County.
• Consider authorizing the Chairman execute the contract for the 2009 Chip Seal Project.
• Consider authorizing the Chairman execute change order #1 to the 2009 Chip Seal Project, an increase of $20,882.60.
