Stocking up for the blast

Terrance Cassell, Ottawa, restocks shelves Tuesday evening at Garrett’s Fireworks stand north of Ottawa. Cassell and his manager, Scott Wartman of Lawrence, said firework sales should start to really pick up in the coming days.
