Pomona celebrates holiday Friday

By The Herald Staff

The Pomona Merchants Association’s second annual Fourth of July fireworks display will be Friday at the Pomona Sports Complex, K-68 and California Road.

The activities will begin with a washers tournament at 6 p.m. Concessions will be available beginning at 6 p.m. No alcohol will be allowed.

The fireworks will be set off at dusk.
