Caregiver luncheons scheduled for coming months

The East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging has scheduled four cargeiver luncheons in Franklin and Anderson counties.
The luncheons are open to caregivers 60 or older or those who care for someone 60 or older, Phyllis Tillinghast, of the East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging, said.
The Franklin County luncheons will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 16 at Ottawa Retirement Village’s Margaret Hall, 1500 Twyman St., and Aug. 5 at the Richmond Health Care & Rehabilitation Center, 340 South St, Richmond.
The Anderson County luncheons will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 27 and Sept. 18 at the extension office, 411 S. Oak St.
Reservations should be made a week in advance and can be made by calling (785) 242-7200 or (800) 633-5621, Tillinghast said.
