Report of a one vehicle accident at the 188 mile marker. When we arrived we located track that led off of the road and into a field. The tracks then entered a county road and ended. No contact was made with driver or vehicle.

218 South Main, (Brown Shoe Fit) 1158 Hours, a Patrick Osborne 17-year-old Ottawa Kansas male was arrested for giving false personal Information to avoid arrest at a scene of a disturbance.

218 South Main, 1158 Hours, a Patrick Osborne 17-year-old Ottawa Kansas male was arrested on a Pratt county warrant after having contact with officers.

500 Block South Oak, 1135 hours, a Charles Whitacre 19-year-old Ottawa Kansas male was arrested on a City Of Ottawa Failure to appear warrant.

Hit and Run Accident (Property)

300 Block East 7th, 0145 hours, a Vehicle turned off of Poplar Street onto 7th, and struck an Iron Protective barrier belonging to Kansas Gas service. The vehicle then left the scene. Investigation Continues.

300 Block East 2nd, 0215 hours, a 30-year-old Ottawa Kansas male reported that he attempted to break up a fight and got struck several times. Case is under investigation.

715 W 2nd (Ottawa Police Department), two juvenile females from Ottawa reported that they were sexually assaulted by known suspects.

715 W 2nd, (Ottawa Police Department), (reported on 07/16/2009), a 44 year-old female from Westwood, Kansas reported past unlawful sexual contact with a known suspect.

900 South Hickory, 0340 Hours, a Gerardo Silva 42-year-old Ottawa Kansas male reported that his parked vehicle was sideswiped sometime during the night as it was parked out front of his residence.
