Theft

308 South Main (Lincare) 1250 hours (08/15/08 1700 hours -08/18/08 0800 hours) a 25-year-old male from Ottawa reported that an unknown suspect took a mirror off a vehicle owned by Lincare. Officer Murphy

 

Driving While License Suspended

1500 South Main Street 1200 hours Lisa Wells, 32-year-old female from Ottawa was cited for driving while suspended and arrested on a City of Ottawa warrant.  Officer Kerns

 

600 North Cedar Street 1847 hours Marty Jones, 50-year-old male from Ottawa was cited for driving while suspended and transporting an open container of alcohol.  Officer Murphy

 

900 South Main Street 2230 hours Heather Bickerstaff, 23-year-old female from Ottawa was cited for driving while suspended.  Officer Diehl

 

Abuse of a Child

100 East 9th Street 1635 hours a 29-year-old female from Eudora reported her daughter a 6-year-old juvenile female from Eudora was physically abused by a 32-year-old male from Ottawa. Case is still under investigation. Officer Thomas.

 

Aggravated Endangerment of a Child

1300 South Olive Street 2239 hours Jerry Thornton, 32-year-old male from Ottawa was arrested for aggravated endangerment of a child after he hit a 4-year-old juvenile female in the head with a lawn chair. Officer Ahrens
