The Eagles defeated Fort Scott (28-26, 25-23) and lost to Paola (25-17, 25-16).

The Eagles defeated Fort Scott (28-26, 25-23) and lost to Paola (25-17, 25-16).

Wellsville plays today in the Baldwin Invitational. Wellsville’s pool consists of Bonner Springs, Paola, Blue Valley Southwest and Leavenworth.

“It will be a challenge as we are the only 3A team in our pool, but hopefully we will be up to the challenge,”

Wellsville coach Eric Evans said.
