Mid-America Nutrition Program

All meals served with 2 percent milk.

Monday — Hot dogs, pork and beans, bun, cookie, peach cup; Tuesday — Fish, mac and tomatoes, California blend, rye bread, pineapple, tidbits; Wednesday — Chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, wheat roll, cake and ice cream; Thursday — Chicken ala king, winter blend, biscuit, fruit cup; Friday — Meatloaf, baked potato, brussel sprouts, roll, rice krispy treat.

Monday — Scrambled eggs, toast with jelly, apple, grape juice; Tuesday — Cereal, toast with jelly, Mandarin oranges; Wednesday — Pancake stick, pineapple; Thursday — Long john, peaches; Friday — Cereal, coffee cake, apply rings.

    

Ottawa lunch

Monday — Potato wedges, tossed salad with red pepper vinaigrette, orange, cheesy chicken, rice/roll; Tuesday — Chili with cinnamon roll, tator tots, veggie sticks or salad, pineapple; Wednesday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans or salad, peaches/roll; Thursday — Mr. Rib on a bun, tator tots, corn or salad, apple rings; Friday — Sub sandwich, potato wedges, baked beans or salad, dream fruit.    

Sacred Heart lunch

Monday — Grilled chicken sandwich, tritator, peaches, oatmeal cookie; Tuesday — Taco salad, homemade hot roll, fruit cocktail, chocolate chip cookie; Wednesday — Chicken pot pie, tossed salad, homemade hot roll, pears; Thursday — Nachos with beef, peas, tossed salad, muffin; Friday — Mini corn dogs, tator tots, pineapple, no-bake cookie.

    

Central Heights breakfast

Monday — Pancake sausage sticks; Tuesday — Pizza; Wednesday — Cereal and honey bun; Thursday — Sausage gravy/biscuit; Friday — French toast sticks.

    

Central Heights lunch

Monday — Beef patty, mash potatoes/gravy, carrots, pears, roll; Tuesday — Chicken quesadilla, Mexi-rice, corn, applesauce; Wednesday — Lasagna, green beans/spinach, pineapple slices, bread sticks; Thursday — Barbecue pork/bun, fries, coleslaw, peaches; Friday — Baked potato bar with chili and cheese, fresh veggies, fresh fruit.

    

West Franklin breakfast (served with fruit juice)

Monday — Sausage biscuit, peaches; Tuesday — French toast sticks with syrup, sausage, orange slices; Wednesday — Cinnamon tasties, cereal, pears; Thursday — Breakfast pizza, fruit cocktail; Friday — Cinnamon toast, cereal, applesauce.

    

West Franklin lunch

Monday — Taco salad bar (6-12), taco salad (K-5), Mexican fiesta rice, refried beans, orange slices; Tuesday — Teriyaki chicken, green beans, baby carrots/dip, pineapple, fruit cocktail, blueberry muffins; Wednesday — Cheeseburgers/bun with lettuce and tomato slices, French fries, sweet potato fries, strawberries, fruit basket upset; Thursday — Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, peas, Mandarin oranges, rosy applesauce, hot rolls; Friday — Chili/crackers, broccoli/carrots with dip, corn, grapes, cinnamon rolls.
