Mid-America Nutrition Program

All meals served with 2 percent milk.

Monday — Chicken lasagna rollup, Italian vegetables, wheat bread, orange juice; Tuesday — Beef stew, cottage cheese, crackers, pineapple, mango; Wednesday — Pork roast, candied sweet potatoes (D/X), Venetian blend, wheat roll, blueberry crisp; Thursday — Green pepper steak, rice, Country blend, bread, Jello with fruit (D/X); Friday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, corn, Texas toast, applesauce.

Schools

Milk served with all meals.

Ottawa breakfast

Monday — Toast with jelly, orange, pineapple juice; Tuesday — Breakfast burrito, applesauce; Wednesday — Cereal, donut, pineapple; Thursday — Biscuits and gravy, fresh orange; Friday — No school.

Ottawa lunch

Monday — Chicken sandwich or beef stew and biscuit, tossed salad, fresh orange; Tuesday — Spaghetti or Italian chicken and roll, green beans or salad, veggie sticks, pineapple; Wednesday — Hot dog on a bun or fried rice and fortune cookie, potato wedges, mixed veggies or salad, peaches; Thursday — Hamburger a bun or barbecue beef on a bun, chips, carrot sticks, pears; Friday — No school.

Sacred Heart lunch

Monday — Ground beef and macaroni, homemade bread, corn, pumpkin bars; Tuesday — Beef stew, breadsticks, tossed salad, Mandarin oranges; Wednesday — Grilled Parmesan chicken sandwich, French fries, baked beans, brownie; Thursday — Beef and bean burrito pie, tossed salad, peaches, cookie; Friday — Chicken nuggets, tater tots, applesauce, muffins.

Central Heights breakfast

Monday — Breakfast burrito; Tuesday — Pancakes and sausage link; Wednesday — Funnel cake; Thursday — Sausage gravy and biscuit; Friday — Bacon/egg/biscuit.

Central Heights lunch

Monday — Chicken patty and bun, broccoli rice, peas and carrots, rosy applesauce; Tuesday — Chili crispito, refried beans, corn, pears; Wednesday — Spaghetti, spinach/green beans, pineapple slices, Italian bread; Thursday — Hamburger and bun, fries, apricots, baked beans; Friday — Beef noodles, mashed potatoes, carrots, roll, diced peaches.

West Franklin breakfast (served with fruit juice)

Monday — No school; Tuesday — Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, banana; Wednesday — Waffle sticks with syrup, sausage, peaches; Thursday — Cereal, cinnamon raisin bagel, pineapple; Friday — Toasted cheese sandwich, pears.

West Franklin lunch

Monday — No school; Tuesday — Chicken drumsticks, AuGratin potatoes, baked beans, baby carrots, pineapple, cinnamon bars; Wednesday — Frito chili pie, French fries, garden salad, pears, banana bread squares; Thursday — Macaroni and cheese with ham, corn, broccoli/cauliflower and dip, baked beans, apricots, muffin; Friday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with Country gravy, peas, peaches, rosy applesauce, hot rolls.
