Big theft from Richmond shop

Police are following up on a couple of leads regarding a Tuesday theft of City of Richmond property, Jerrod Fredricks, public information officer with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, said Thursday.

Doyle Sobba, the city’s water and sewer superintendent, reported Tuesday the theft of about $1,670 worth of equipment and copper from a City of Richmond work shop, 124 S. Ransom St.
