Mid-America Nutrition Program

All meals served with 2 percent milk.

Monday — Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, peas, wheat bread, fruit cocktail; Tuesday — Turkey sandwich, potato soup, sliced tomato, deli bun, pineapple; Wednesday — Beef and noodles, green beans, strawberries (D/X), wheat roll, cheesecake (DX); Thursday — Ham (LS), scalloped potatoes, Mediterranean blend, rye bread, pears; Friday — Chili, cole slaw, crackers, cinnamon roll.

Monday — cereal, long john, pears; Tuesday — Waffles, Mandarin oranges; Wednesday — Cereal, bagel, banana, grape juice; Thursday — Cheesy toast, egg patty, pears; Friday — Biscuits and gravy, fruit cocktail.

Ottawa lunch

Monday — Tator tots, peas or salad, Mandarin oranges, macaroni and cheese, wheat roll; Tuesday — Burrito, wheat roll, corn with red peppers, whole beans or salad, banana, enchilada casserole; Wednesday — Salisbury steak, roll, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans or salad, cinnamon applesauce, chicken alfredo; Thursday — Cowboy barbecue, cornbread, carrot sticks or salad, broccoli, fresh fruit mixed cup, baked potato, pretzel; Friday — Sausage pizza, spinach, peaches, cobbler, tuna wrap.

Sacred Heart lunch

Monday — No school; Tuesday — Sloppy Joe, tator tots, peaches, cake; Wednesday — Salisbury steak, rice, broccoli and cheese, homemade hot rolls, pineapple; Thursday — Macaroni and cheese, green beans, homemade bread, peaches; Friday — Hamburger, French fries, salad, spiced apple rings.

Central Heights breakfast

Monday — No school; Tuesday — Pizza; Wednesday —Cereal, pop tart; Thursday — Sausage gravy, biscuit; Friday — Funnel cake fries.

Central Heights lunch

Monday — No school; Tuesday — Chili dog, fries, green beans, pears; Wednesday — Taco salad, refried beans, corn, pineapple slices; Thursday — Ribette on a bun, fries, coleslaw, fruit cup; Friday — Macaroni and cheese, lil’ smokies, peas, roll, peaches.

West Franklin breakfast (served with fruit juice and milk)

Monday — Cereal, whole wheat toast, peaches; Tuesday — Biscuits, sausage, gravy, strawberries/bananas; Wednesday — Chocolate chip muffins, cereal, cinnamon apples; Thursday — Breakfast burrito, cinnamon apples; Friday — Blueberry muffins, cereal, pears.

West Franklin lunch

Monday — Chef salad bar, strawberries and bananas, cheesy biscuits (6-12), ravioli bake, max stick, garden salad, strawberries and bananas (K-5); Tuesday — Burrito with cheese, chips and salsa, refried beans, tossed salad, cinnamon apples; Wednesday — Cheese pizza, carrots/broccoli and dip, green beans, pears, breadsticks with marinara; Thursday — Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, peaches, rosy applesauce, hot rolls; Friday — Cheeseburger, lettuce/tomato slices, carrot sticks, baked beans, sun chips, spice cakes/spiced apple, topping.
