Taking the top tractor

Jeff Shephard, Yates Center, left, is congratulated by Richard Mullins, Power of the Past president, when he claimed the grand prize from the 15th annual Power of the Past Antique Engine & Tractor Show. Shephard said he plans to take his prize — a 1948 Massey Model 30 restored tractor — to tractor shows. Shephard’s winning ticket was one of six he bought for the drawing.
