County administrator: 'I think we're in a key position for growth'

Courthouse renovation, road resurfacing among big projects for county

It’s just “business as usual” for Franklin County.

New hires, building and road improvements and new systems were some of the notable accomplishments in 2008 for the county, Lisa Johnson, county administrator, said.
