Lunch with the governor

Shane Oram dined with Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius at the governor’s luncheon with Kansas 4-H at the Kansas State Fair in September at Hutchinson. Oram is the president of the Kansas 4-H youth council and was a 2007 4-H national delegate. He also works for the state 4-H as the healthy living coordinator for Health Rocks and is the secretary for the 4-H state advisory committee. Oram, a 2007 graduate of Central Heights High School, is a sophomore at Kansas State University and recently was elected president of the K-State chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
