Tobias Thompson celebrated his first birthday Sept. 9.
He was born Sept. 9, 2007, at Olathe Medical Center to Tyler and Amy Thompson, Ottawa. He weighed 10 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Tommy and Sissy Thompson, Ottawa; Roger and Betty Adams, Watertown, S.D.
Great-grandparents are the late Robert Thompson and Waneta “Peg” Thompson, Osage City; the late Dorothy Bethell and Steven Signaigo, Ottawa; the late Frank Steffan and Elise Steffan, Graceville, Minn.; Ruby Huss, Princeton; and the late Stella Adams and Wayne Adams, Watertown, S.D.
