Gypsy Badders, 82, Ottawa, performs a rendition of the song “Kansas City” on a keyboard Wednesday at the Ottawa Senior Center, 130 S. Main St., Ottawa. Badders said she can’t remember how long she has performed at the senior center, but recalls playing the piano since she learned the song “Chopsticks” as a child. She said that because of the weight of carrying the keyboard and her failing eyesight, Wednesday’s performance might be her final event. Badders said she has enjoyed playing for friends and family during birthdays and holidays. She said she is most fond of big band music from the 1940s and 1950s.
