Michael Garrett, with the City of Ottawa utilities department, replaces Christmas lights Tuesday outside the Franklin County Courthouse, 315 S. Main St., Ottawa. Garrett said lights also will be replaced in other locations across town, including Ottawa Municipal Auditorium, Third and Hickory streets, the former City Hall, Fourth and Walnut streets, and the Carnegie Cultural Center, 515 S. Main St., Ottawa.
